San Nicholas, Pasil has been identified as an area which needs more help in spite  of aid from Caritas and the  UP PGH group. The devastation in Pasil is widespread and most people are fishermen. According to Dr. Paul Beltran a lot of residents live in squatter areas. PAMAG with the help of Editha Estorba Maloloy-on and local volunteers did disaster relief goods distribution to local residents in the area.
