Through the initiative and coordination of Dr. Grace Maaño and Dr. Cristine Amurao, UPKAA and PAMAG were able to donate patient gowns, patient drapes, and Kelly pads to the OB-GYN Department of Quezon Medical Center through Dr. Mavel Veloso.

These medical supplies are a great help to QMC patients because of the severe shortage, something personally witnessed by some Kali alumni when they delivered the donation.

This is only the first part. Through Drs. Grace and Cristine, we are applying for a Balwyn Centenary Grant to help equip QMC’s existing women’s health van.
